Caroni Guyana 23 Years is an exceptional rum that hails from the renowned Caroni Distillery in Trinidad and Tobago, though it is distilled from sugar cane sourced in Guyana. This spirit, bottled at 57.18% ABV, showcases the complexity and depth typical of long-aged rums from the region.
The terroir of Guyana, characterised by its rich alluvial soil and tropical climate, contributes to a unique flavour profile, combining the inherent sweetness of sugar cane with nuanced earthy undertones.
