The volcanic soils and steep terraced vineyards contribute to a complex flavour profile, with the 1900 vintage revealing remarkable depth and a well-integrated structure from its extensive maturation. Utilizing the traditional estufagem process, this wine engages the palate with oxidative notes yet preserves vibrant acidity.
