Located in the Burgundy region, this wine is crafted predominantly from Chardonnay grapes, a hallmark of the area. The terroir of Chablis is characterised by its unique Kimmeridgian clay and limestone soils, which contribute to the wine's mineral complexity and crisp acidity.
On the palate, the 2014 vintage showcases vibrant notes of green apple, citrus, and a distinct flinty minerality, complemented by a subtle creaminess from well-integrated oak ageing. The finish is long and refreshing, making this wine an excellent companion to seafood and rich poultry dishes.
