Crafted from nearly half-century-old vines planted in the chalky-clay soils of Le Port à Binson in the Vallée de la Marne, this champagne embodies the purity, intensity, and elegance of its terroir. The meticulous vinification process includes fermentation in oak barrels and a maturation period of at least 36 months on the lees, resulting in a complex and refined profile.
